Everstage used Google Analytics and HubSpot for traffic analysis. However, understanding conversion rates required manual efforts like filtering out URLs in both platforms and then looking up the data. This approach was not only inefficient but also likely to result in inconsistent and incomplete data analysis.

Everstage ran ABM campaigns across paid channels. Despite the campaign efforts, they struggled to track whether they were making an impact. Yes. Unique Accounts Identified = ~35% of unique website visitors. E.g., if you have monthly unique website visitors of 15K, Factors can identify ~5,000 unique accounts. In this case, a $499 Growth plan will be suitable.

Can Factors tell me who exactly visited my website?

No. Factors does not identify individual users visiting your website. We do not have access to any personally identifiable information other than what you would share with us from your CRM. We can only identify companies visiting your website and their firmographic features based on the IP address. 

Is Factors privacy compliant?

Yes. Factors is absolutely compliant with your privacy requirements across GDPR, CCPA, and PECR. We're also SOC2 Type II certified: ensuring industry-standard protection across data security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.

Can Factors discover companies that work remotely?

Yes — to a certain extent. We have partnered with multiple IP-to-Company providers to ensure that our customers get the most accurate and up-to-data account identification.

Will Factors SDK slow down my website?

No, because Factors's SDK is an asynchronous SDK which means the loading of the SDK doesn't hinder loading of other elements on the website or the other SDKs. On top of that, the size of SDK is just 22Kbs. This is one of the lightest marketing tags you would ever come across. Also, the load time of Factors's SDK is less than 10ms for the first time load, and less than 5ms for consecutive loads.
